I've started calling coons here lately & found out that it is pretty dang fun. They respond much faster than most predators & they will get very close if you let them.
My cousin & I were calling coyotes this back in September & saw this coon going up a tree, I switched to a coon fight sound on the foxpro & this guy jumped from the top of the tree & came on the run, he was ready for a fight.

This one was called up a couple weeks ago & got withing 20 feet before my partner saw him, he was shooting a rifle & couldn't get him in his scope, I shot him running away with the shotgun.

If the coyotes ever get slow you might try the coons, it's a lot of fun!

 That looks like alot of fun..I have never thought of doin that before..Actually I didnt know u could call a coon in like that lol
Thats Awesome!! 
We have 3 Walker Hounds we coon hunt with..Went tonight and he treed but the lil critter ran in a hole at the bottom of the tree..
